1. Eat a Healthy Diet
Fruits and Green Leafy Veggies. Try to buy organic or wash thoroughly
before eating! Supplement your diet with a multivitamin. Make sure it
contains Omega 3, 6 & 9.
2. Drink Water!
Staying Hydrated is essential for soft, supple, youthful skin! Drink 8
to 10 glasses a day. Substitute tea for water, especially Green Tea!
3. Daily Skin Care Routine
Cleanse, Tone, Repair (Serum), Moisturize! Morning and Night!
Specific anti aging ingredients: amino acids, peptides, and
antioxidants can all help reverse the signs of aging and help prevent
