Shipping
Small
orders are
mailed out within 24 hours of when you placed your order(excluding
holidays and
weekends) Large orders are mailed out within 72 hours from when you
place your order. All
orders are shipped USPS. Small packages shipped first class (under
13oz) will take 2 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Large Packages shipped parcel post will take 2 to 9 business days.
Tracking number is provided by USPS and emailed to you.
International
Buyers
I
do ship internationally. However, shipping international is very
expensive and some how packages can disappear. It is too costly to add
insurance on the package. In doing so it would cost $75 at USPS and
$130 at UPS. So I will ship International economy parcel post through
USPS. Costs will range from $6 to $16.00. I will provide you with a
tracking number and proof that I delivered the package to the post
office.

Packages can take
anywhere from 4 days to
10days. If a package is stuck in customs it can take up to 2
months. I AM NOT Responsible for DUTIES OR CUSTOM FEES.
Packaging
Serums, moisturizers, hydrators and other products are in
airless containers. Airless containers help keep bacteria and fingers
out of the bottle which can contaminate them. Only press a tiny bit!
You do not need more than a pea size! The pumps sometimes need a bit of
pumping to get them started. You may need to pump for a minute or 2.
All other containers
are PET plastic.

Shelf
life
Our products have a shelf life of 8+ months. DO NOT STORE COSMETICS IN
THE BATHROOM! Bottles should be used within 1 to 2 months of purchase,
if you plan not to use them in that time place them in the fridge to
prolong their life. Refrigeration will extend
the shelf life. If your product is exposed to heat, put it in the
refrigerator overnight and shake well. For long term storage, keep in
the refrigerator.
Separation
Separation of products can occur. If this happens stick it in the
fridge overnight and shake well. If any discoloration appears through
it away.
Preservatives
No Parabens! A preservative must be used
to keep the product safe from
harboring bacteria. Rosemary and Neem to preserve the
products. Many products are preserved with vitamin E and organic
extracts such as Willowbark. Tinosan SDC which is Citric Acid and
Silver Citrate, is also used. Preservatives are safety tested.
Small packages ensure you get the freshest products!
Cosmeceuticals: Please note that Argireline (synthetic amino acids),
Matrixyl, Hyaluronic Acid are cosmeceuticals and are synthetically
derived.
Pregnant and Nursing women need to contact their health professional to
make sure that the use of cosmecueticals and other ingredients such as
retinol are safe for use! |
